Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy, proudly supporting more than 20 trusted local brands across the central and western United States. With a strong focus on clinical excellence and career growth, PRN is committed to helping both patients and professionals thrive.

For a high-visibility recruiting conference, PRN set out to do more than simply show up—they wanted to create an experience. With a full “aisle takeover” of six 10×10 booths, the goal was to immerse attendees in a cohesive, memorable journey that introduced them to PRN in a meaningful and engaging way. The concept centered around an “Adventure” theme, guiding students and early-career professionals through a series of interactive stops—from learning about PRN’s identity and clinical approach to exploring career pathways, professional development, and ultimately connecting with talent acquisition.

We partnered with PRN to bring this vision to life from the ground up. Our team developed the overarching creative concept and crafted messaging that balanced energy and clarity—appealing to a younger audience while maintaining a professional tone. Each booth was designed as a distinct yet connected “stop” along the journey, unified through bold visuals, vibrant color, and cohesive branding that incorporated PRN’s family of local brands.

To enhance engagement, we designed a collectible pin system tied to each stop, encouraging attendees to explore the full experience. These custom illustrations not only reinforced the adventure theme but also created a sense of fun and reward, culminating in a final “Merch Stop” where completed journeys were celebrated.

From large-scale exhibit backwalls to detailed acrylic tabletop displays that guided conversations, every element was thoughtfully designed and produced to support PRN’s recruiting goals. The custom conference logo—“In My PT Era™ – CSM 2026 – PRN”—served as a unifying mark, extending the experience into branded merchandise and beyond.

The result was an engaging, visually dynamic environment that stood out on the show floor—drawing attendees in, encouraging interaction, and leaving a lasting impression of PRN as both a leader in care and an employer of choice.
