A flexible brand identity system, with a codified but fluid library of visual elements and brand standards, allows for consistent messaging and organic brand expansion.

Epic Health Services began as a home health nursing company serving medically fragile and chronically ill children and infants in Central Texas. To provide patients with additional access to quality care, Epic began expanding through acquisition, incorporating pediatric therapy, developmental services, home medical support, adult nursing services and physical, occupational and speech therapies throughout 17 states. Now, Epic has merged with PSA Healthcare to form the largest pediatric home health provider in the nation, Aveanna.

In support of Epic’s growth strategy, Korzenowski Design provided ongoing strategic planning with a full array of branding and marketing services. We began with a complete brand audit to review all assets, collateral, media and key performance indicators. We performed market landscape and demographic data analysis to determine brand exposure. Based on this information and feedback from Epic leadership, we developed a strategic brand refresh and transition strategy to promote Epic’s new image, direction and market position.

Our team created a dynamic visual identity system that provided continuity across all media and established a platform for growth. We established Epic’s brand guidelines and rolled out a complete sales and marketing collateral program consisting of multilingual service line brochures, flyers and maps. Additionally, we have provided strategy and design for direct mail campaigns, stationery systems, PowerPoint presentations, social media outreach and advertising.

As the home health market continues to evolve, we work with Epic Health Systems to develop creative solutions that support their brand while introducing and promoting new services and programs.
